Started my raw diet a few months ago. Kept to it for about 3 weeks then of course distractions like my companion munching juicy chunks of chicken just got me watering from every facial orifice.
So I haven't eaten anything raw in a long time. It's time to go back as soon as I get rid of all the cooked stuff in my fridge. The bread, Milk, sausages, ham, yeah, that's about it.
So my diet has to come with a lot of discipline and not only with the food, but with waking time, and eating time and combination of the foods I eat. I cannot succeed in one while the other is failing so I must synchronize them.
Ok. So I must consume the raw stuff (tomatoes and oranges) together with the cooked stuff, just to get me started again. Now that I've started school again, I need to be on point and disciplined as a soldier. It's do or die....And I've got to shed some extra pounds that I've accumulated during the 4 or so weeks that I've been sitting for 7 hours or more straight. Not too many though...wait, I want it all gone. I want to have just the thin layer of FAT, over the bone and under the skin. That's it.
What have I had today?
2 Sausages
1 and a half cups of tea (king size)
10 about slices of white bread
1 strepsil Lozenge
2 glasses of water - need more. I'm going to fill up right now.
